DETAILS: The Child Abuse Council (400 – 16th Street, Rock Island) invites you to celebrate their new location with a ribbon cutting on Friday, June 5th at 1pm. There will also be an Open House from 1-4pm.

The Child Abuse Council informs, educates and supports children and families in the bi-state metropolitan Quad Cities and surrounding areas. They exist to lead community efforts in eliminating child abuse and neglect by protecting children and strengthening families through treatment, education and prevention. The Child Abuse Council was established in 1977 and employs 25 people.
