May 11, 2009 08:39 PM There are disturbing allegations against another set of parents; they are charged with child abuse and neglect.
James Harmer is accused of beating his eight-year-old step son while his wife Wendy watched.
A police report says some of the abuse included Harmer using his knee to hit his stepson in the groin, picking him up by the shoulders, tying his arms with zip-ties, and making him drink Tabasco sauce and vinegar to punish him.
